This was not the best Residence Inn we’ve stayed in, but the staff was very friendly and the location was perfect for us as we were disc golfing in La Mirada. Also close to Knotts and Biola. We love the layout with a common area and 2 bedroom / 2 bath for our family. The breakfast was awesome and the beds were comfortable. The location was dated, with a few things that were broken, such as the bathroom vents and a window shade that wouldn’t go down. But it was super clean and the important things worked well like air conditioning and refrigerator.
My room was a bit dated. Had a leaking shower faucet, light switches that did not work and a broken dishwasher. But it was clean and the bed was comfortable
The service here was great!! Area was quiet !! Security walking around making sure everything was good!! Rooms were clean and had the essentials we needed the front desk very helpful and nice !! Will be returning here if i need to.
Fantastic service! We arrived early and our room was ready. The amazing front desk clerk had us checked in within 3 minutes! The rooms were spacious and very clean. We stay at a lot of Marriott and other brand hotels and this was definitely a stand out!
The check in was quick and easy and the host was very helpful. The a/c in the first room was not working properly but the gentlemen at the front desk Xavier was very helpful and moved me to a room with working A/C. I would highly recommend this location.
I stay regularly at this Residence Inn, and the entire staff is consistently excellent — from the front desk to maintenance and the grounds crew, everyone makes guests feel welcome and cared for. On this visit, Becky from the breakfast team stood out with an extra-thoughtful gesture. She noticed me juggling a plate and a couple of cups, went to get a bag, and when I had already stepped outside, she actually found me to offer it. It wasn’t required, but it showed true attentiveness and proactive care. Room and location wise: this hotel is a great value. It’s an older property, but the rooms are always clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. The location is central and very convenient for my needs.

This residence inn was really a great place location was good going to and from LA and a couple other surrounding counties there's a Chick-fil-A in In-N-Out Burger another great sandwich diner in a 1260 restaurant that were all within walking distance the hotel staff was friendly high my room was cleaned no issues are concerns at all the parking was even great
